Bird Eye’s view

L O V E…wonder what that spells

The synthetic sky, vastly inferior to the actual one, although this does not have the pretense of actually simulating one.

Tsang Sheng’s and Comrade’s comments have invigorated my blog.

Not much to update in the life of Jake. But then again, this isn’t my diary, this is where I shoot my mouth off.

I’ve realized, sometimes I expect victory to come naturally and losing not to be tolerated. But that isn’t how life goes, is it?

However, without this competitive spirit, I cannot be motivated to study, or otherwise sit down and do something. This is partly the reason why I only study at the 11th hour, the lack of urgency I have when I see that there’s time left on the calender.

Tomorrow will be the start of the cruel cruel school. I don’t know what I go to school for anyways. Perhaps the only thing I like is the amusement I give and derive from my peers

Here’s a defendant from Phoenix Wright. Isn’t she just so cute? Moe~

right: you like porn, phoenix?
left:I looove it!

Just bought a game that would surely interest the part of Tsang Sheng that likes to find contradictions in people.

PHOENIX WRIGHT! ACE ATTORNEY!

You play a lawyer whose job is well, to argue until you win. Less of a game, and more a colourful story book, you must collect evidence, get testimonies and slam these into the fat faces of the guilty as they twist and lie to cover their tracks.

This game has low replay value as once you’re done you can’t play it again(only 5 cases in this 3rd installment of the game). But I guess it’s good enough fun while it lasts.

Phoenix Wright, Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations. $45 at all good game stores.

May get a PSP, probably after I earn money. >_> Mom wants to sign me up for a job at ICA doing clerical work after the exams. Not very good at filing stuff. Never did file my worksheets so wonder how that would turn out.

Had badminton today. I lack the descriptive writing skills of the Communist, but then again I feel for somebody to know what a sport is like, one has to experience it in real life.

I didn’t know I could smash that gay. I guess it’s like diving, when the time comes, it comes to you. You mustn’t force yourself to do it.

Played with Barry against one tall guy in black and a skinny kid in white. Lost the 1st round, felt a bit dejected, but not enough to not play a second set. Won it with a 11point difference. Felt good, had a couple of lucky touches, just anyhow put my racket and it hit, but Barry said I did many nice runs.

Just now, Jason Wong made me run to get my handphone from my room, then hung up after a few seconds after asking me a ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY trivial question. Wasted my 21cents.

You see, usually people call me WHEN THEY HAVE SOMETHING URGENT OR SOMETHING THAT REQUIRES DISCUSSION. NOT A SIMPLE QUESTION THAT TAKES LESS THAN A FUCKING SECOND TO ANSWER.

watched kung fu panda, it’s comedic timing is good, without the moral message of horton(the most recent animated film I watched), however horton was funnier, was it the atmosphere(noisy kids) or the people(clarence kp-ing the kids made me laugh more at him than at movie) I do not know. a little bit of both, eh? I also feel the big stars were wasted with their few lines which served little more than to advance the plot or make people laugh. If we had a live-action film with Angelina Jolie’s beauty, Jack Black’s jovial roundness and Jackie Chan’s action comedy it would be AWESOME!

A pretty shallow movie, but a darn good comedy. The opening dream sequence was bloody funny and AWESOME! AWESOMENESS and the Wu Xi Finger Hold are the most memorable parts from the movie.

The Japanese believe in the red thread of fate. This originated from Chinese myths of a deity who would tie couples together. According to the myth, destined lovers will be tied by the red thread forever, regardless of time and circumstances. It may tangle and it may stretch but it will never break.

The red thread of fate is so ingrained in Japanese culture it has shown up in various places. In the Negima OVA, Negi casts a spell which ties him and Nodoka together with a red string, which cannot be broken even by Asuna’s anti-magic fan/sword. In Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, there is a item to be held by Pokemon called the Destiny Knot. When the Pokemon holding the item is infatuated, so is the opposing Pokemon.

I realized I have mellowed out through the years. No longer do I whack people just because they said something to piss me off. I hate people who talk about me, extremely sensitive. Now, I piss people off instead. How ironic.

In primary school, I would be the kid that people avoided. That changed in primary 6 and it was thanks partly to football. People bond because of football, it ceases to be a sport; it’s a part of our lives.

Then secondary school came, new friends to be made, soccer also helped. The euro season has intensified my joy of this game, and I hope it lasts.

To counteract the seriousness of this post, here’s a fun fill in the blanks!

mr. sky loves his job. he has worked at the Japanese girl’s school for many years. sometimes when he is cleaning the girls bathroom he ________ the _________ with his ___________. then the head mistress walks in and _________. mr. sky is in __________! all the girls line up for recess. don’t they look _________ in their __________? the head mistress tells them to _________. but what is the janitor doing here, they ask. he will see our __________! such insolence, cries the head mistress. _________ now! she gives the nod and mr. sky approaches. he _______ with his __________ and his __________ is all _________ and then she ________ and the others ________ while someone else ________ and oh my god your ________ is _________! don’t stop ________ it feels so _________.

soccer is painful. painful to play. yet i can’t tear myself away from it.

If there was an interclass, what would be our opening line-up? Considering players who wouldn’t want to play, we would be left with very little.

GK: Wei Jie/Me
Center: Justin
Left:Shawn/barry
Right:Fergus/Me

lolx next to weijie, i’m the only one with enough balls to be keeper. justin coz he’s tall. he’s like a friggin brick ball. shawn has the standard camping and i can also take right.

learning to kick a ball is not easy. haha. so many surfaces you can use, hai. should just keep trying one 1st?
